Who operates this site

Buildealo is a brand operated by Código 19 LLC in Puerto Rico. For privacy matters, use the traditional form linked at the end of this page.

Data we receive

When you use the form or intake, we receive what you share and any contact details you provide. For security and operations, we may also process IP address, browser, an opaque session identifier, and usage counters.

Form and guided conversation

The primary channel is the traditional form. There is also an optional guided conversation that saves each business answer after you send it and lets you resume it for seven days on the same device.

• Today the conversation uses only a script of approved questions and does not consult any artificial intelligence model. If a model were activated, it could only choose among those same approved questions and we would update this policy.
• If a model were active, before consulting it we would replace recognizable email addresses and phone numbers accidentally entered in a free-text answer. The name, email, phone number, and reply channel entered in the contact card are stored separately and are never sent to a model.
• Anonymous incomplete sessions are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after fourteen days. We do not use an incomplete answer by itself to send advertising.

How we use information

We use data to reply to inquiries, prepare a conversation, operate and protect the site, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary relationship records. Sending a form does not authorize marketing by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Operational providers

We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for storage and usage controls. AI Gateway, to route a limited request to a model, and Resend, for internal email notifications, operate only if enabled, and they are not active today. If a model provider were configured, it would process only the sanitized business context needed to choose the next question. Each provider operates under its own service and privacy terms.

Optional measurement

PostHog, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Web Analytics activate only when you choose Allow measurement. If you choose No measurement, contact and intake continue to work.

• PostHog receives only events defined by Buildealo; autocapture and session recording are disabled.
• Meta may receive the event, URL, IP, browser, and contact data transformed with SHA-256 to attribute a conversion.
• Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed through Privacy choices in the footer.

Retention and security

We retain information while reasonably necessary to reply, operate the service, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We limit access and use appropriate technical controls, but no internet-connected system removes all risk.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the traditional form linked at the end of this page. We will verify the request before acting and keep only what legal or security obligations require. Browsers may send signals such as Do Not Track; this site does not rely on them because optional measurement remains blocked until you make an express choice.

Children and changes

This business site is not directed to children under 13. If we receive a child’s information, you may request deletion. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date.
